We achieve this by combining qualitative and quantitative techniques, cross-referencing what people say with what they do and what is passively measured, comparing individual and collective perspectives, and exploring both rational and emotional dimensions.

At Enov, we have always chosen to integrate the entire production chain within our company: quantitative collection methods (telephone, online, face-to-face, social sampling) and qualitative collection methods (recruitment, organization, logistics), as well as statistical data processing.

This choice is motivated by our pursuit of excellence in the production of insights. It allows us to control our quality standards throughout the production chain, remain neutral in choosing the most appropriate collection method for the issue and target being studied, and guarantee added value in the use of the data.
